Job Scope:

Event / Courses Promotion and Marketing Materials

• Creating publicity posters, flyers, and banners for community events such as festivals, workshops, sports competitions, and cultural celebrations.

• This includes designing materials for both indoor displays and outdoor signage during event day.

• Creating publicity posters, flyers, and banners for ongoing and new courses.

Programme and Activity Communications

• Developing promotional materials for regular programmes including fitness classes, educational workshops, senior activities, and youth programmes.

• The designer to create consistent visual templates that can be easily updated for recurring activities whilst maintaining brand recognition.

Digital and Social Media Content

• Designing graphics for online website, Facebook page, Instagram posts, and digital notice boards.

• This includes creating engaging social media templates, event announcements, and digital newsletters that encourage community participation and keep members informed.

Community Engagement Materials

• Developing materials for community outreach including volunteer recruitment posters, partnership announcements, and materials for external community events where the club participates.

• The designer helps strengthen the club's presence within the broader neighbourhood.

Seasonal and Cultural Celebrations

• Creating decorative materials and promotional graphics for cultural festivals, holiday celebrations, and seasonal events that reflect Singapore's multicultural community.

• This includes understanding cultural sensitivities and creating inclusive designs that resonate with diverse community members.

The designer works closely with team to effectively serve the mission of fostering community connections and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma Qualification
• Preferably proficient in using Design Software / services (Canva, photoshop etc.)
• Candidates are to prepare their updated portfolio file/link for submission

Contract duration: 1 year starting from 3 August 2026

Working Arrangements:

• 5 Day Work Week: 4 Weekdays and 1 Weekend
• 9am to 6pm (or as scheduled by the client)

Location: Tampines East

Salary: Maximum $3000 per month
