YR23- Clinical Care Assistant - 4 Days Work Week | Meals Provided

Position Title: Care Concierge (Clinical)
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: 4 Days Work Week
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00AM – 8:00PM / 8:00PM – 8:00AM)
Salary: $2,500 and above (depending on experience)

Benefits: Lunch and dinner provided during shifts

Job Description

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, and continence care.
• Perform basic physiological monitoring and report observations to the nursing team.
• Carry out planned nursing interventions under the supervision of trained nurses.
• Support nurses during medical emergencies and crisis situations.
• Maintain residents' dignity and well-being throughout their stay.
• Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations.
• Accompany residents for clinical appointments, hospital transfers, and internal transfers.
• Support life enrichment and recreational activities for residents.
• Participate in quality audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation where required.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School, ITE NITEC, or GCE 'N' Level qualification.
• Healthcare-related certifications such as ITE Skills Certificate in Healthcare, NITEC in Community Care & Social Service (Nursing Care), or WSQ Healthcare Support certifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a nursing home, acute care, or private hospital setting.
• Possess basic IT skills.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
