Project Coordination Cum Indoor Sales

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, schedules, and progress tracking
  • Coordinate communication among internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Work together with project team to ensure that the Bills of Quantities are promptly updated and assist in preparation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
  • Track Procurement Status, manage material delivery schedule, monitor project inventory
  • Maintain project documentation: Submittals, Change Orders (VOs), Meeting Minutes, Site Reports and As-Built Records.
  • Assist the Admin/Account in the follow-up payment from customers, by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially in regard to project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time.
  • Maintain Health, Safety and Compliance documentation, support safety meetings.

Requirement

  • Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant industry
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
