Project Coordination Cum Indoor Sales

Key responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, schedules, and progress tracking
- Coordinate communication among internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Work together with project team to ensure that the Bills of Quantities are promptly updated and assist in preparation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
- Track Procurement Status, manage material delivery schedule, monitor project inventory
- Maintain project documentation: Submittals, Change Orders (VOs), Meeting Minutes, Site Reports and As-Built Records.
- Assist the Admin/Account in the follow-up payment from customers, by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially in regard to project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time.
- Maintain Health, Safety and Compliance documentation, support safety meetings.
Requirement
- Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
- 1 – 2 years of experience in relevant industry
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
