  1. Staff management-Monitoring daily duties, coordinate staff and ensure the team adheres to dress code and hygiene standards.
  2. Customer service-Oversee guest relations, proactively gauge satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues quickly.
  3. Operations Oversight-Manage opening and closing procedures.
  4. Training & Onboarding: Train new servers, hosts, and bussers, and conduct pre-service meetings to review menu items and daily specials.
  5. Quality &Compliance-Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations are strictly enforced.
  6. Inventory Management-Monitor Food, beverage, and supply stock levels, and place order with vendors to prevent shortages.
  7. Assisting manager to settle ad-hoc duties.
