Loan Officer (Finance / Credit) | 5.5 Day | Clementi | Basic up to $3,000 + Commission

About the Company

Singdasing Gold Trading Pte. Ltd. is a customer-focused financial services company providing secured loan solutions. We are expanding our Finance / Credit team and are looking for a Loan Officer who is service-oriented and detail-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and process loan applications, including eligibility checks, income verification, and basic credit evaluation

• Explain loan products, repayment structures, and procedures clearly to customers

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and email

• Recommend suitable loan or repayment solutions based on customer needs

• Ensure proper documentation, accurate data entry, and timely submission

• Follow up on outstanding documents, loan status, and repayment matters

• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs

• Promote loan products, including renewals and cross-selling opportunities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards

• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required

• Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in loans, credit assessment, financial services, or customer service

• Ability to analyse basic financial information and assess customer risk profiles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and able to manage challenging situations professionally

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or loan systems is an advantage

• Ability to communicate in English for work-related communication

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves handling enquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday:

  • Shift A: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Shift B: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Saturday:

  • Shift A: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Shift B: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Sunday: Rest Day

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Commission Scheme: Available after confirmation

• Estimated Monthly Gross: SGD 2,800 – 3,800+
