Our Client, a well renowned global Consumer Brand, is seeking to hire an elite executive to step into a high-impact, dual-engine role: VP of Supply Chain, APAC. Reporting directly to the CEO of Asia Pacific, you will influence and drive the regional P&L. You will transform end-to-end supply chain into a competitive edge while securing the regulatory pathways that fuel our premium portfolio.

The Mandate

  • Own the APAC P&L Engine: Masterfully balance customer service levels, optimal cash flow, and hyper-efficient cost-to-serve structures.
  • Architect a Resilient Network: Sync market realities with our demand/supply planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics footprints to unlock maximum speed-to-market.
  • Guard the Portfolio: Provide executive governance over APAC product registrations, ingredient compliance, and labelling to ensure flawless, on-schedule product launches.
  • Optimize Indirect Spend: Modernise regional procurement across high-stakes categories including marketing, creative agencies, IT, and digital services without compromising premium brand standards.
  • Scale the Capability: Mentor a matrixed regional team and champion data-driven transformation to insulate our supply chain against global volatility. Lead high profiles projects like the setting up a Regional DC or Consolidated Demand/Supply Planning COEs.
  • Deliver Accuracy, Compliance, Value Creation through superior fill rates and optimized inventory turns, demand forecast accuracy across diverse markets, Measurable logistics savings and indirect procurement cost-efficiencies, and Zero-friction product registrations and proactive regulatory risk mitigation

Your Profile

  • You are a highly experienced Supply Chain professional, possessing a stellar leadership track record within fast-paced, premium consumer goods environments across the Asia Pacific region.
  • You bridge the gap between heavy operational logistics, complex regulatory frameworks, and commercial growth strategies.
  • You have deep experience managing premium vendors, global creative agencies, and large-scale 3PL contracts, setting up greenfield Distribution Hubs and centralised Demand/Supply Planning COEs.
  • You excel at advising C-suite executives and aligning cross-functional market leaders toward a unified vision.
  • A strategic Leader who unhesitatingly rolls up their sleeves to investigate issues and craft solutions, your team looks up to you as an inspiring mentor and talent developer.
