Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Hairdressing, beauty and other personal care services
• Position Title: Sales Consultant
• Working Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Sun: 10am-8pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,000 - $3,500 + Commission + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build good relationships with them.
• Conduct face and body consultations using structured assessment methods.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans based on customers’ goals.
• Follow up with clients and record their progress through notes and photos.
• Handle sales enquiries in a calm, confident, and professional manner.
• Work closely with the team to ensure customers have a smooth experience.
• Maintain service standards, follow company procedures, and keep records accurate.

• At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, spa, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and able to explain information clearly.
• Service-oriented, empathetic, and reliable.
• Goal-driven with good follow-through.
