Sales Team Lead (HR Consultancy)

We are a centrally located recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Sales Team Lead who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Duties

  • Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team

  • Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective

  • Conduct performance management such as supervising and training recruits, driving and growing of the team’s KPIs towards achieving recruitment goals

  • Improve on current process and implementing new business processes and procedures

  • Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management

  • Other ad-hoc duties may apply

Description / Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration of Management

  • At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
