Our client a large financial institution is looking for an experienced Team Lead EUC to drive digital workplace transformation, service strategy, and business enablement across the APAC region.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced EUC Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery, support, and continuous improvement of end-user computing services. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, ensuring a secure, reliable, and productive digital workplace experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of EUC engineers and desktop support specialists, ensuring high performance, skill development, and service excellence.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage Microsoft 365 stack (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows client security) and endpoint management tools to ensure secure and compliant device configurations.
Drive the adoption and support of collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx, ensuring seamless user experience.
Implement and manage remote access and zero-trust solutions (e.g., Zscaler Private Access, VPN) to support hybrid and remote working models.
Own incident, request, and problem management for EUC-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge bases, and user training materials for end-user technologies.
Lead EUC-related projects including OS migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts, and security patch management.
Monitor and report on EUC service KPIs (uptime, resolution time, user satisfaction, compliance) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with InfoSec and Infrastructure teams to enforce endpoint security policies, data protection, and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years in IT Service Delivery or End User Services with regional, multinational experience; prior team lead or managerial role required.
Deep knowledge of End User Computing including Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, Zscaler, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx), and endpoint security.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and service delivery best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
