Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, analyse, and document business needs, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Support system configuration and enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with user onboarding, access management, and system administration activities.
- Generate, maintain, and analyse reports to support business and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate and facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams.
- Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials to support system adoption.
- Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, systems support, IT operations, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, or system administration will be advantageous.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and managing multiple priorities.
