Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR partner, providing day-to-day support to employees and managers across various people-related matters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes to deliver a seamless and welcoming employee experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including staff relations, internal movements, and change management support.
  • Drive and participate in HR projects, process enhancement initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Organize learning and development programmes that support professional growth and leadership development.
  • Review and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
