Finance Executive, Built - Environment Industry

Manage and oversee full set of accounts
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions
Prepare and submit monthly accounting reports and cash budgets.
Ensure compliance with taxation and reporting matters, including the preparation and submission of quarterly GST returns.
Coordinate with auditors for the annual statutory audit process.
Handle various accounting duties, including payment processing, verifying substantiation documents, and other related tasks.

Requirements

Diploma/NITEC in Accountancy/Finance
Experience in Construction/Contractor, Project Management or Architectural practice advantageous
At least 3 years of prior experience necessary in Built-Environment industry (for example: Construction, Design Practice or Engineering Consultancy Environment)
