Vessel Operations Executive (Post-Fixture)

Our client, an established energy and commodities organization with a strong regional presence across Asia, involved in the sourcing and sales of refined energy and chemical products, are currently seeking for a Vessel Operations Executive (Post-Fixture) to support their shipping execution and chartering activities across regional market.

As part of a 5-man team, the Vessel Operations Executive (Post-Fixture) will support the end-to-end execution and control of post-fixture voyage activities, ensuring all voyages are performed in accordance with Charter Party (C/P) terms and commercial objectives. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will manage voyage documentation, freight processing and settlement activities including laytime and demurrage calculations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Business, Economics or International Trade
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping,logistics, or related commercial operations environment
• Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin for effectivecommunication with colleagues and partners in China
• Strong commercial acumen with familiarity incontractual or trade-related documentation considered an advantage
