Job Description & Requirements

* Liaise with supplier on material pricing and issuing Purchase Order

* Update material usage for respective project site

* Monitor material ordered from site in terms of over PO and ordering trends.

* Coordinate with site personnel on material issues

* Update on material transaction for store

* Matching PO, DO and invoices

* Manage full spectrum of purchasing process including but not limited to sourcing, quotation, negotiation, document filing and following up on the delivery schedules, etc.

* Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to respective staff, or job sites.

Job Specification

* At least Diploma in related field.

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in M&E purchasing role with Singapore.

* Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

* Ability to communicate well with project teams and suppliers.
