Location: Jurong Pier (transport pickup at Lakeside)

Hours: 8.15am-5.30pm (Mon - Thurs), 8.30am-5pm (Fri)

1) Process customer ordersinto system
2) Advise customer upon order completion, coordinate and follow up deliveryorder completion
and shipment photos
3) Plan and coordinate logistics activities with customers, forwarders andtransporter
4) Follow up on delivery orders, documentation with customers on timely basis|
5) Daily label printing and recording
6) Issue cargo tally sheets
7) daily checking and printing of Blending Instructions\
8) manage and coordinate outgoing shipments (vessel) for container schedule
9) Plan and update shipping schedule
10) Daily tank truck loading schedule update & time slot booking
11) Daily outgoing goods monitoring and follow up
12) assist the logistics team with other ad-hoc duties as required
