Job Scope
- Leading the Team: Manage and support production workers.
- Planning Production: Create and follow schedules to meet targets.
- Ensuring Quality: Check that products meet quality standards.
- Managing Resources: Oversee the use of materials and machinery.
- Improving Processes: Find and apply ways to make production more efficient.
- Safety: Ensure safety rules are followed.
- Solving Problems: Fix issues that come up during production.
- Reporting: Keep track of production results and performance.
- Coordination: Work with other departments to keep production running smoothly.
- Inventory: Monitor and manage stock levels.
Requirements
- Nitec or diploma in engineering field.
- 3-5 years in production, particularly in temperature measurement or customized engineering solutions for the oil and gas industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and computer skills.
- Process leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on with some manual work when needed.
