Senior engineer

We are building an AI-native platform that combines operations, finance, payments, and mobility services into a single ecosystem for businesses.

As an early-stage company with paying customers already secured, we are looking for our in-house engineer to help shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture from the ground up.

The Role

As our Senior Software Engineer, you will work directly with the Founder to drive technical architecture, oversee external development vendors, establish integration standards, and build the next generation of AI-powered solutions.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence both product and engineering direction.

What You'll Do

Lead the Technical Foundation

• Define and drive the overall platform architecture.
• Establish integration, API, and data standards.Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Review and guide external development teams.

Build and Deliver Products

• Design and develop core platform capabilities.
• Create integrations across multiple systems and services.
• Deliver solutions that solve real operational and business challenges.

Drive AI Innovation

• Build AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Explore and implement LLMs, AI agents, and emerging technologies.
• Turn AI opportunities into practical business solutions.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with business stakeholders and external partners.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Help establish engineering processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and launching software products.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a strong interest in AI-enabled product development.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in fintech, logistics, transportation, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging systems, or microservices.
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or machine learning applications.
• Experience building multi-tenant platforms or complex data models.
