Project Coordinator

  • Issue, coordinate & manage tax invoices, delivery orders, quotations, purchase orders, credit notes and payment claims
  • Take off quantities and prepare bill of quantities and other tender documents.
  • Preparation of cost comparison for Managers’ review
  • Evaluate and certify Sub-Contractors' Claim & Variation Orders and close the Final Accounts.
  • Manage and update filing records and systems
  • Attend and assist to clients and contractors requirements and orders
  • Measurement and calculation of drawings

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge in drafting using AutoCAD.
  • Pleasant, can work independent and responsible.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • 5.5 working days per week
