Project Coordinator

- Issue, coordinate & manage tax invoices, delivery orders, quotations, purchase orders, credit notes and payment claims
- Take off quantities and prepare bill of quantities and other tender documents.
- Preparation of cost comparison for Managers’ review
- Evaluate and certify Sub-Contractors' Claim & Variation Orders and close the Final Accounts.
- Manage and update filing records and systems
- Attend and assist to clients and contractors requirements and orders
- Measurement and calculation of drawings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Building / Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Have knowledge in drafting using AutoCAD.
- Pleasant, can work independent and responsible.
- Able to start work immediately.
- 5.5 working days per week
