About SaffronSips Pte Ltd: SaffronSips is a North Indian restaurant and bar located at Bedok Reservoir Road, Singapore. We serve dine-in, takeaway, catering and food delivery customers across multiple platforms including Deliveroo, GrabFood and AllinPay.

Role Summary: We are looking for a capable and hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full charge of daily operations. The successful candidate will have direct operational authority over all kitchen, service and administrative functions, and will report directly to the Company Directors.

Key Responsibilities• Plan and oversee all kitchen and front-of-house operations on a day-to-day basis• Lead, schedule and supervise a team of 6-10 or more kitchen and service staff• Manage all food delivery platforms (Deliveroo, GrabFood, AllinPay, Foodpanda)• Oversee daily POS (AllinPay) reconciliation and PayNow payment tracking• Ensure full compliance with NEA food hygiene, SFA and MOM Employment Act requirements• Handle supplier sourcing, procurement and inventory management• Manage catering events, group bookings and special occasion orders• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for Directors• Control food costs and oversee all operational expenses within budget• Manage staff attendance records, leave schedules and CPF payroll inputs
