Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is met with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care
- Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication, proactive follow-ups, and meaningful check-ins
- Deeply understand each client's unique business needs and objectives, proposing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and measurable results
- Monitor client satisfaction levels closely and address concerns swiftly and effectively before they escalate into larger issues
- Prepare compelling client proposals, performance reports, and presentations that support ongoing engagement and business retention
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of client solutions, commitments, and agreed service standards
- Collect and consolidate client feedback regularly to identify trends, surface improvement opportunities, and refine the overall service experience
- Represent the organisation with confidence and professionalism at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
- Patient, solutions-focused, and able to remain composed and professional under pressure
