Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referral channels
- Use headhunting techniques to proactively engage passive candidates who may not be actively job seeking
- Conduct thorough screening calls and structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Guide candidates with genuine care — from resume advice and interview preparation through to career development conversations
- Craft compelling job advertisements and post them strategically across relevant platforms to attract the right applicants
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate sourcing right through to successful job placement
- Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates, ensuring both parties are well-prepared and informed
- Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
- Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
