We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily company operations

Develop and execute business growth strategies

Lead sales, marketing, and project teams

Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners

Monitor project performance and ensure service quality

Recruit, train, and develop team members

Achieve company revenue and growth targets

Requirements

Management or related field

Minimum 3 years management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sales and business development experience preferred

Familiar with Digital Marketing, Social Media or AI Marketing is an advantage

Self-motivated, responsible and results-oriented

Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
