Job Duties & Responsibility

• Leading the venue’s entertainment strategy and creative vision.
• Developing and managing performance concepts, themed events and special entertainment programs.
• Curating entertainment schedules and coordinating artist collaborations.
• Directing rehearsals, productions, and live performances.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and managing performers and creativecontributors.
• Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhanceguest experience and venue positioning.
• Supporting business growth through innovative entertainment initiatives and audience engagement strategies.
• Lead rehearsal processes and direct performers from conceptdevelopment through to live execution.
• Conceptualise and direct live entertainment performances for events.
• Lead rehearsal processes and direct performers from concept development through to live execution.
• Design audience-focused entertainment experiences for commercial and cultural venues. Collaborate with performers, artists, and production teams to deliver cohesive live shows.
• Adapt performance work for different event formats,including stage shows, brand activations, and venue entertainment programs.
• Deliver professional training in street dance, Krump, and contemporary movement.
• Develop structured classes and training programs focused on performance quality and stage readiness.
• Mentor performers in musicality, stage presence, and creative expression.
• Support development of performance projects from training phase to live presentation.
