Supervisor

~ Assist the Retail Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

~ Supervise and guide junior staff in product handling, display arrangements, and service standards.

~ Assist in planning staff schedules, monitoring attendance, and ensuring work efficiency.

~ Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of fresh produce, including quality inspection upon delivery.

~ Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and ensure timely replenishment of goods.

~ Support the planning and execution of sales promotions to achieve sales targets.

~ Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints in a professional manner.
