SPA MANAGER

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and leading the team to achieve business targets. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Drive team sales performance through active coaching, motivation, and monitoring
- Upsell and cross-sell spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure all therapists actively promote packages and memberships to customers.
2. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and motivate therapists and front desk staff.
- Conduct regular training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Monitor staff KPI performance (sales, attendance, service quality).
- Enforce company SOP, grooming standards, and discipline.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
3. Customer Experience & Retention
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure proper consultation is conducted before treatments.
4. Operations Management
- Oversee daily outletoperations including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the spa.
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering of products.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functioning.
5. Marketing & Business Development
- Support and execute promotional campaigns and packages.
- Drive customer retention programs and referral initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve business performance.
Additional Expectations:
- Maintain professional image at all times (grooming, uniform, attitude)
- Lead by example in both service and sales
- Strictly adhere to company policies and SOP
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in the beauty or salon industry, with leadership experience often required.
Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of beauty trends, skincare therapies, and hair removal techniques.
