We are currently present in Singapore and Malaysia, with expansion plans to the rest of the region.


We are looking for a Operations/Logistic Executive to assist the company in managing drivers and key customer accounts.

Working Hours: 5 days work week. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. (including Public Holidays, with Off-in-Lieu provided). 10am - 8pm. Wednesday and Thursday are off days.

What you'll be doing

  • Assigning of deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels to customers

  • Account handling of selected key customers

  • Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise operational efficiency

  • Implement and oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and reduce costs

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience

  • Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain high standards of service

  • Monitoring the fulfillment team in ensuring they meet their KPI objectives for your accounts

  • Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department

  • Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
