Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Issue appointment and confirmation letters, along with salary adjustment notifications.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records within HR systems.
- Monitor and manage work pass applications and compliance requirements.
- Handle tax clearance processes for foreign employees and submit relevant government claims.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary records and adjustments.
- Track and monitor employee leave, including annual, medical, and unpaid leave.
- Lead and manage the HR team to optimize performance and support.
- Coordinate corporate events and manage office procurement needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior experience working in multinational or foreign organizations, with a strong understanding of work pass applications.
- Proficient in payroll processing and compliance-related tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a calm demeanor when dealing with employee matters.
