Fleet Operation Analyst

Qualification:

- With relevant experience in shipping/ship management 3 years above.

- Fluent in English - oral and written.

- Solid data analysis capability. Proficient in common office and data processing software.

- With a serious, rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.

- Good communication skills

- Diploma or above. / Maritime related preferable

Responsibilities：

1. Take charge of the overall tracking and control of fleet operation costs, and assist in formulating cost optimization schemes to realize refined fleet cost management.

2. Responsible for daily update of core fleet operation data, conduct weekly data sorting, analysis and summary, and deliver standardized operation reports steadily to support management decision-making.

3. Real-time monitor key operating indicators of vessels including sailing speed, fuel consumption and daily material consumption.

4. Complete monthly fleet operation data statistics, sorting and verification work, generate official monthly operation data reports.

5. Handle the application, update and filing of ship qualification documents to ensure all vessel documents are complete and compliant with maritime supervision and shipping operation standards.

6. Assist the Fleet team in daily operation work, provide professional data analysis and business coordination support to guarantee smooth team operation.
