Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for daily communications with key accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of client businesses and conduct industry research.
  • Collaborate with the Actuarial and Analytics Department to craft narratives that deliver optimal solutions for clients.
  • Gather insights on client satisfaction and present findings to senior management, providing context and actionable suggestions to enhance account retention.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of various service offerings and market trends to improve service delivery and enhance sales capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients while pursuing new client engagements to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates holding relevant (re)insurance certifications.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the reinsurance sector, specifically in Facultative reinsurance, with client-facing experience.
  • Established network within the South-East Asia region's reinsurance community.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in MS 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
