Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for overall store performance, including revenue growth, team management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales targets and profitability
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
  • Develop sales strategies and promotional plans
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer retention
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency
  • Handle escalations, complaints, and VIP clients
  • Work with marketing on campaigns and launches

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty/cosmetics
  • Proven experience managing teams and hitting targets
  • Strong leadership and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in Singapore retail environment is a plus
