Executive, Strategic Planning Team

We are seeking a motivated Executive to join a Strategic Planning Team, where you will play a vital role in handling customer inquiries and preparing price estimations. This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and process pricing estimations and quotations.

Coordinate, negotiate, and gather data for quote preparation.

Conduct price reviews and assist in budgeting and analysis.

Prepare and analyze customer and supplier demand forecasts.

Support the team in monthly reporting activities.

Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in shipment arrangements and coordination with customers, suppliers, and forwarders.

Experience in issuing quotations is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Team player with effective time management abilities.
