Operations Manager

Relevant Industry Experience

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in construction operations, exposure to swimming pool construction, M&E services, piping and water-treatment systems.

Project and Site Management

• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works completed safely on schedule and within budget given and within required quality standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Strong leadership skills to manage site supervisors, project teams, subcontractors and supplier while maintaining effective communication with clients and consultants.

Technical and Regulatory Knowledge

• Good understanding of construction methods, swimming pool systems, piping installations, workplace safety requirements and relevant Singapore construction regulations.

Planning and Problem Solving Skills

• Ability to manpower and resources, resolve site issues efficiently, manage project risks, drive improvement in operations.

Possession of Class 3 driving license

Able to speak mandarin preferred
