Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on TCM Business Development Assistant Manager to support the growth and expansion of our Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic group in Singapore.
The role is suitable for someone who is commercially minded, organised, and comfortable working across clinic operations, marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives. You will work closely with management to improve clinic performance, develop new business opportunities, and support the day-to-day execution of growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the clinic group.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance partners,, community organisations, TCM wellness partners, and referral channels.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach programmes, health talks, corporate wellness initiatives, and community collaborations.
- Support the development of partnership proposals and promotional packages.
Clinic Growth & Sales Support
- Work with TCM clinic teams to improve patient acquisition, retention, and service conversion.
- Monitor TCM clinic performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and marketing effectiveness.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase footfall, treatment uptake, and repeat visits.
- Support new clinic opening plans, local area marketing, and launch activities where required.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Assist with social media content planning, clinic promotions, festive campaigns, and educational materials.
- Work with designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency across clinics.
- Support the preparation of marketing reports and campaign performance reviews.
Operations Support
- Liaise with clinic staff, physicians, and management to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Assist in improving customer experience, front desk workflows, and service standards.
- Support staff training, SOP implementation, and service quality monitoring.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing, healthcare, wellness, or clinic operations.
- Experience in healthcare, TCM, wellness, beauty, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and follow through on assigned projects.
- Comfortable liaising with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and customers.
- Organised, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking physicians, patients, and partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
