Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, contracts, tender documents and related documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales and project records, customer databases, and filing systems.
  • Monitor order status and outstanding matters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the Sales team in achieving departmental objectives and service standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or sales coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
