TRUCK DRIVER

Job Description:

• Operate company truck safely and efficiently for transportation of goods, materials, equipment, or cargo.
• Deliver and collect items from customers, suppliers, warehouses, construction sites, and other designated locations.
• Ensure timely delivery according to assigned schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements.
• Verify cargo quantity and condition before loading and unloading.
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Maintain delivery records, trip logs, and relevant transport documents.
• Comply with Singapore traffic regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence (Class 5 is an advantage).
• Minimum 1–2 years of truck driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet delivery schedules.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when operationally required.
