Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resources

Manage manpower, equipment, and material allocation across multiple sites

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges effectively

Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors

Control project costs and support budget management
