Head of Operations

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Operations to lead our hospitality and accommodation operations across APAC. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team performance, and business results across a diverse portfolio of serviced apartments, hotels, and flexible living assets.
This isa strategic leadership role that combines regional operational oversight with hands-on execution. You will play a key role in scaling operations, launching new properties, improving performance, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
● Lead the operational performance of our hospitality portfolio across APAC, ensuring strong guest satisfaction, occupancy, revenue, and profitability outcomes.
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of serviced apartments, hotels, and accommodation assets across multiple markets.
● Manage, coach, and develop a team of operational leaders, creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
● Drive operational excellence through the implementation and optimisation of processes, systems, and service standards.
● Lead new property openings, onboarding projects, and operational transitions, ensuring successful launches and seamless integration into the portfolio.
● Partner closely with Revenue, Sales, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, and People teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
● Monitor operational KPIs and business performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive decision-making.
● Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies across all operating markets.
● Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
● Support regional expansion plans, acquisitions, and special projects as required.
Requirements
● 10+ years of experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, hotels, co-living, or related accommodation sectors.
● Proven experience leading multi-site or regional operations across multiple locations or countries.
● Strong people leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
● Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience managing property openings, operational transitions, renovations, or expansion projects.
● Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and influence revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
● Comfortable working with data and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and business outcomes.
● Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
● Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages are a plus.
