Job Summary
Support sales operations by preparing quotations and orders, coordinating between departments, maintaining accurate records, responding to customer enquiries, and generating sales reports to ensure smooth event and order management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and supporting documents to facilitate sales transactions
- Process order amendments and customer requests promptly to maintain order accuracy
- Maintain up-to-date customer and sales records to support sales tracking and reporting
- Coordinate effectively between Sales, Kitchen, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure event and order information is complete and accurate
- Monitor order progress and identify discrepancies to prevent delays or errors
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries to provide timely support and information
- Follow up on pending quotations and documentation to ensure completion and closure
- Assist the sales team in daily operational tasks to enhance team efficiency
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to support management decision-making
- Maintain CRM and ERP records accurately to ensure data integrity
- Support management reporting requirements by compiling relevant sales data
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in Sales Administration, Events Coordination, Catering Administration, or Hospitality Administration is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to perform documentation and reporting tasks
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred to manage sales and customer data efficiently
- Good organisational and communication skills to coordinate tasks and liaise with multiple teams
