Job Summary
Drive business growth by sourcing new corporate and event customers, managing sales and accounts, coordinating event execution, and maintaining accurate sales reporting for Amici Group’s catering services.
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new corporate and event customers to expand business opportunities
- Generate new sales leads and establish business partnerships to increase revenue
- Conduct sales presentations and customer meetings to effectively communicate service offerings
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert leads into confirmed sales
- Manage customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales value
- Liaise with Operations, Kitchen, and Warehouse teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met
- Support smooth execution of events by coordinating with internal teams and addressing customer needs
- Maintain detailed customer and sales records for accurate tracking and analysis
- Submit weekly sales updates and sales forecasts to inform management decisions
- Assist in customer payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Catering, Hospitality, Events, or Corporate F&B Sales
- Effective communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful sales interactions
- Strong customer relationship management skills applied to retain and grow client accounts

- Existing corporate network to facilitate business development and sales growth
