Landscape Operation Manager

Job Summary

Lead the creation of innovative landscape and spatial designs for residential & commercial projects as well as events, integrating plantscape and florascape. Collaborate across teams and use AI tools to enhance design presentations and customer responsiveness. Manage projects and partner coordination for seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of landscape designs and spatial concepts integrating plantscape and florascape tailored to diverse event themes and customer needs
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, operations, marketing, and client relations to deliver cohesive project outcomes
• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to rapidly conceptualize designs, produce high-impact presentations, and improve system efficiencies to accelerate customer response times
• Manage project execution by sourcing and coordinating with trusted partners through an established network to ensure seamless delivery
• Adapt work schedule to include weekend availability during peak seasons, events, and installations
