Operations Manager – Car Detailing

Location: Millenia Walk, Singapore
Salary: $5,000/month
Working Days: 6 Days/Week

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced car detailing business.

The ideal candidate must be able to manage manpower, ensure smooth workflow, maintain service quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction while keeping operations efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently

• Plan and manage job scheduling and manpower allocation

• Ensure all vehicles are completed on time and to company standards

• Monitor workmanship quality for detailing, coating, and PPF services

• Handle and resolve customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service experience

• Manage staff performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity

• Coordinate with suppliers and handle ordering of materials and goods

• Ensure stock levels and operational supplies are properly maintained

• Solve operational problems quickly and effectively

• Move and manage customer vehicles when required

• Work closely with management to improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements

• Must possess valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence

• Experience in automotive, detailing, workshop, or operations management preferred

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible, organized, and proactive

• Good communication and team management skills

• Able to handle customer issues professionally
