Responsibilities

  • Prepare full sets of accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial records
  • Control costs and oversee invoicing processes to optimize financial performance
  • Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate annual tax preparation and filings to meet statutory deadlines
  • HR management functions to support team effectiveness and compliance
  • Execute operations fulfillment, procurement, and logistics to maintain smooth workflows
  • Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability
  • Supervise retail operations to enhance customer experience and sales performance
  • Apply analytical skills to identify financial and operational improvements
  • Utilize technology tools to streamline finance and operations processes
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Uphold high integrity and strong work ethics in all responsibilities
  • Maintain high energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (a must)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in finance and operations management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • ACCA accreditation or Chartered Accountant (Singapore) qualification preferred
