Responsibilities
- Prepare full sets of accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial records
- Control costs and oversee invoicing processes to optimize financial performance
- Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate annual tax preparation and filings to meet statutory deadlines
- HR management functions to support team effectiveness and compliance
- Execute operations fulfillment, procurement, and logistics to maintain smooth workflows
- Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability
- Supervise retail operations to enhance customer experience and sales performance
- Apply analytical skills to identify financial and operational improvements
- Utilize technology tools to streamline finance and operations processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Uphold high integrity and strong work ethics in all responsibilities
- Maintain high energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (a must)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in finance and operations management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ACCA accreditation or Chartered Accountant (Singapore) qualification preferred
