IT Business Analyst

· Degree in a relevant IT field with 4+ years of experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.

· Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

· Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage users at all levels andfacilitate discussions

· Proactive, motivated, and inquisitive mindset.

· Ability to code and iterate during planning sessions and conduct workshops.
