HAIRSTYLIST

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hairstylist to join our salon . The successful candidate will provide professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired styles.
• Cut, trim, style, and shape hair according to client preferences.
• Perform hair coloring, highlighting, bleaching, perming, rebonding, and other chemical treatments.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair care products, and treatments.
• Shampoo, condition, and treat hair and scalp.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Adhere to salon policies, safety standards, and health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and product display when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hairstylist, Hairdresser, or similar role.
• Proficiency in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand and meet client expectations.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
• Relevant hairdressing certification or vocational training is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
