Roles &Responsibilities
1. Build and operate the AMS overseas sales system.
2. Establish an international sales network and localized management framework.
3. Support domestic clients' global expansion initiatives.
4. Drive scalable growth of AMS international advertising business.
Skills Required
1. Proven track record in building and scaling international sales organizations from the ground up (0-to-1 experience essential).
2. Deep understanding of the global advertising technology landscape; familiarity with AMS or similar ad platform businesses strongly preferred.
3. Extensive experience in cross-border go-to-market strategy and localized sales operations across APAC and/or European markets.
4. Hands-on experience with post-merger integration, particularly in cross-cultural and multi-regional settings.
5. Strong executive presence with the ability to lead front-line teams and drive alignment across HQ and regional stakeholders.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin to align with China HQ while leading local teams and engaging regional partners.
