Senior Leasing Executive/ Assistant Manager

Due to our rapid expansion in Singapore, Luckin Coffee Singapore is looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Business Development (Leasing) to join our growing team.

Role Overview

Drive Luckin Coffee Singapore’s expansion by independently identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential sites, and delivering new store openings in a fast-paced growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store expansion plans and support annual opening targets.

  • Independently source, evaluate, and secure sites across malls, commercial buildings, transport hubs, and residential areas.

  • Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and accurately document findings in internal systems.

  • Lead lease negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, agents, and developers.

  • Proactively track market trends, competitor movements, and new retail opportunities.

  • Prepare site proposals and approval papers for management review.

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site handover and store launch execution.

** Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail expansion, leasing, site acquisition, or F&B development.

  • Proven track record in opening and delivering retail/F&B stores.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore retail landscape.

  • Strong negotiator with a hunter mindset and ability to close deals independently.

  • Self-starter who is highly independent, resourceful, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven expansion environment.

  • Experience in coffee chains, QSR, or multi-site retail expansion is an advantage.
