The Role

We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join our growing Private Wealth search practice.

This role will focus heavily on talent mapping, candidate engagement, and executive search activities across Global South Asia and Middle East markets, particularly within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Offices, and Financial Services.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of these markets and demonstrate the ability to build relationships with senior professionals across Global South Asia (Europe, Asia and the Middle East), GCC countries and with Middle East relationship managers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for Global South Asia, Middle East, and international financial services markets.
• Conduct detailed market mapping and competitor intelligence exercises.
• Identify, engage, and assess senior professionals within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Offices, Asset Management, and Financial Markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across Global South Asia, GCC, Middle East, and international wealth management markets.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews and assessments.
• Produce market intelligence and hiring insights for clients.
• Partner closely with management and researchers to execute search mandates.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines.
• Deliver assignments within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking ambitious individuals who possess strong commercial instincts, resilience, and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships.

• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only
• Direct sales, business development, client-facing, or relationship management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to confidently engage senior professionals and decision-makers
• High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A consultative and relationship-driven approach

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

Existing relationships with private bankers, relationship managers, investment advisors, family office professionals, or financial markets professionals within these regions would be advantageous.
