Puppy Diary (小狗日记) is a Singapore platform where puppy parents find trusted advice on caring for their dogs and can purchase the accessories and services they need — all in one place.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

• Drive marketplace growth — identify opportunities through data, competitor benchmarking, and user behaviour insights.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (8.8, 9.9,10.10, 11.11, CNY Puppy Specials) and seasonal marketing drives.

• Manage seller listings and product pages to ensure accuracy, quality, and discoverability.

• Track weekly platform performance (GMV, conversion, traffic) and report monthly to leadership.

• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and content teams to ensure smooth platform operations.

• Handle customer escalations and ensure a high-quality experience for puppy parents on the platform.

• Support onboarding of new sellers and service providers as directed by leadership.

What We're Looking For | 任职要求

• 3–5 years in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or digital marketing.

• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.

• Background in pet care, dog products, FMCG, or consumer retail is a plus.

• Able to manage a flexible workload and handle difficult customers with composure.

• Proactive, consumer-centric, and passionate about dogs.
