About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Luxury Watchmaker (Horologist) to service, repair, and maintain high-end mechanical andquartz timepieces. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and working with luxury watch brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair luxury mechanical and quartz watches
• Perform complete overhauls, movement assembly, and adjustments
• Conduct water-resistance testing and quality control checks
• Ensure all repairs meet brand and service-centre standards
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation
• Handle luxury watches with care, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Support after-sales service operations and technical consultations

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in watchmaking / horology preferred
• Proven experience servicing luxury or high-end timepieces
• Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz movements
• High attention to detail and precision workmanship
• Able to work independently and meet service timelines
• Familiarity with brand service standards is an advantage
