Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Promote ongoing campaigns, membership programmes, and value-added services
Handle product demonstrations and customer enquiries professionally
Perform cashiering and basic store operations duties
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock presentation
Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements
Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
Passion for sales and interacting with customers
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Able to commit to weekends and public holidays
Working Hours
44-hour work week on rotating shifts | 10:45am – 11.00pm
Work Locations: Islandwide
